Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms will be received by Pat McGough, Facilities Manager of West Linn Wilsonville School District, at the District Operations Center, 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, until 2:30 pm local time, April 27, 2017, for the general construction of the District Roof Repair Project 2017. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will be returned, unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below.
Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract including General work for the District Roof Repair Project 2017.
Bidding documents for the work are those prepared by the Roof Consultant, Professional Roof Consultants, Inc. 1108 SE Grand Ave., Suite 300, Portland, Oregon 97214. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School District nor the Consultant assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.
