Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms will be received by Tim Woodley,
Director of Operations of West Linn Wilsonville School District, at the District Operations Center,
2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, until 2:00 p.m. local time, May 11, 2017, for the
general construction of the Wilsonville High School Entry Plaza Project. The bids will then be
publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will be
returned, unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor
Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below.

Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract
including General, Landscape, Civil, and Electrical work for the Wilsonville High School Entry
Plaza Project for the West Linn Wilsonville School District.
Bidding documents for the work are those prepared by the Architect, Walker/Macy; 111 S.W. Oak
Street, Suite 200; Portland, OR 97204 (503) 228-3122. Bona fide General Bidders may obtain
two (2) sets only free of charge (without a deposit), after 2 p.m. April 24, 2017, at Willamette Print
and Blueprint; 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210; (503-223-5011). Plan holders will also
have access to digital documents via Willamette Print and Blueprint digital plan room, at
Willamette Print and Blueprint, 2461 NW Yeon Avenue, Portland, OR 97210; (503-223-5011);
http://wpbinc.com/digital-planroom/ All shipping and handling cost are the responsibility of the
bidder.
Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, they may obtain them by paying the cost of
the reproduction thereof, plus handling and shipping costs.
Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School
District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from
the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.

A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all contractors intending to submit bids for
this project on May 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the District Operation Center; 2755 SW Borland Rd.,
Tualatin, OR., 97068. A Non Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted at the project site after the
Pre-Bid Conference.

No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified
check, bank cashier’s check or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company,
payable to the School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No
interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the
provisions of ORS 279.031.

All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279.027, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 – First-
Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. The
completed form must be received at the District Operation Center Offices within 2 hours of the
Bid time and date.
All bids must be received at the District Operation Center by bid closing date and time shown
above.
