Lake Oswego School District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from bidders for the: Lakeridge Middle School Photovoltaic Design-Build (the “Project”) located at Lakeridge Middle School located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This project will include the design and construction of the Photovoltaic array on the existing Lakeridge Middle School building. Bid Documents may be obtained at Willamette Print & Blueprint Company; 3461 NW Yeon Ave, Portland, OR 97210; (503) 223-5011. Documents will be available on Wednesday, March 30th, 2022. One set of Bid Documents can be obtained by General Contractors free of charge. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Willamette Print & Blueprint; additional hard copies can be ordered from Willamette Print & Blueprint at the contractor’s cost, plus shipping, with no refund for returned sets. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 7th, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. The pre-bid meeting will be held at Lakeridge Middle School, 4700 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035. This pre-bid meeting will be the only opportunity for interested parties to receive a comprehensive overview of the Project and a guided tour of portions of the site and facilities that are part of the work. Information provided at this pre-bid meeting will be incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda.     Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, April 19th, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the
    LOSD Bond Program office located in the Palisades World Language School, 1500
    Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034.
    NOTE: This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesdays.
    Please leave the parking lot immediately after the bid opening to avoid student pick-up traffic. Make
    necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office and time stamped no later
    than 1:00 p.m. on April 19th, 2022. Masks are required inside the school building.
    Please be advised LOSD requires all people on District property to show proof of
    COVID vaccination or proof of exemption by LOSD. For further clarification or

    disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the District office within 2 hours
    of the bid time and date.
    This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law).
