NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID
RIVER GROVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REPLACEMENT
BUILDING PACKAGE PROJECT
Lake Oswego School District (“District”) will be accepting sealed bids from all approved
prequalified general contractors (selected through the District RFQ process) for the River Grove
Elementary School Replacement (the “Project”) located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The approved
prequalified general contractors are as follows:
 Emerick Construction Company
 Triplett Wellman, Inc.
 Bremik Construction, Inc.
 P & C Construction Company
 Robinson Construction Company
 Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company
 Todd Construction, Inc.
Bid Documents may be obtained at Willamette Print and Blueprint; 903461 NW Yeon Ave,
Portland, OR 97219; (503-223-5011). Documents will be available on Friday, September 16,
2022.
One set of Bid Documents can be obtained by selected prequalified General Contractors free of
charge. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Willamette Print and Blueprint;
additional hard copies can be ordered from Willamette Print and Blueprint at the contractor’s cost,
plus shipping, with no refund for returned sets.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 2 p.m.
The pre-bid meeting will be held at the parking lot at River Grove Elementary School Site, 5850
SW McEwan Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97035. This pre-bid meeting will be the only
opportunity for interested parties to receive a comprehensive overview of the Project and a guided
tour of portions of the site and facilities that are part of the work. Information provided at this prebid
meeting will be incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda.

Bids must be received by LOSD no later than Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 1 p.m. in the
Palisades Main Office located in the Palisades World Language School, located at 1500
Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034. Bids received after this time will not be
accepted.
NOTE: This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. The front
parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the south and southeast
of the building. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office
and time-stamped no later than 1 p.m. on October 19, 2022.
Bids will be opened by the Lake Oswego School District and read-aloud on Wednesday,
October 19, 2022, at 1:10 p.m. at the Bond Department conference room, Room #24 at 1500
Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034. Bidders are welcome to attend Bid Opening.
Time is of the essence for completion of this project with a Substantial Completion date of
Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor
disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades Main Office located in
the Palisades World Language School, 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034
within two hours of the bid time and date.
This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing
wage law).
