LAKE OSWEGO SCHOOL DISTRICT LAKERIDGE HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY SOFTBALL HITTING FACILITY PROJECT Bids Due 2:00 pm, May 5, 2020 INVITATION TO BID Varsity Softball Hitting Facility Project (the “Project”), located at Lakeridge High School, Lake Oswego, Oregon. Provide all necessary materials and labor, to complete the following: • Construct indoor hitting facility, with all associated site work, electrical, and pathways per the Project Bid Documents and associated Drawings and Specifications • Construct a javelin runway, per the Project Bid Documents and associated Drawings and Specifications • Work associated with Turf 2 Lighting will be completed by OTHERS and is not to be considered as part of this bid. The Invitation to Bid Documents will be available for examination on April 14, 2020. Bid Documents may be received, either via email from the District Project Coordinator (harwoodj@loswego.k12.or. us 503-534-2214), obtained from the Plan Center Willamette Print & Blueprint at 3461 NW Yeon Ave, Portland, OR 97201. Additionally, The District will provide ONE (1) full sized set of Drawings and Project Manual free of charge, in addition to electronic copies, to each qualified General Contractor from WPB. Additional information provided is not binding on the District unless it is incorporated into the bid documents by formal addenda. No other questions will be answered or clarifications given. Bids must be received by Project Coordinator, no later than Tuesday May 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the District Bond Office located at: 1500 Greentree Rd, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly by the District on May 5, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the District Bond office. The amounts of the bids will be available for public inspection at 2:01 p.m. First Tier Subcontractors shall be submitted prior to May 5, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. (2 hours after the deadline for submission of first-tier subcontractor disclosures). Project Completion is required before August 10, 2020. Bids shall be completed with this deadline considered, and any schedule or manpower needs required to make this deadline are to be reflected and incorporated into each did. These projects are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as defined in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. Published Apr. 10 & 13, 2020. 11877704
